When you spot deviations, you will flag them to your clinical operations experts who can quickly ferret out the local causes of the performance deviations and course correct, or when course correction is not possible, objectively agree that a change to your FirstPrin™ Flight Plan is required.

You can look at any previous trials you have run and characterize performance across the same trial variables that you have in your FirstPrin™ Flight Plan and Control Tower. Good behaviors can be highlighted and applied to subsequent trials. Bad behaviors can serve as the basis for process reengineering efforts.
